           The muscle become strong when you regular exercise. It boost your endurance. physical acitivity provide nutrients and oxygen to tissues which increase the effeciency of your cardiovasular system. Due to exercise your lungs and heart work more better.
                                      

3. Promote Better Sleep


           Regular exercise help you fall asleep deep and fast. When there is physical activity our muscles require for recovery. When you go to your bed you feel comfortable and you got a fast and deep sweet asleep.

4. Balance Your Weight


            Exercise plays an important role to maintain your weight. Your calories burns when there is physical activity. Excess of calories cause a over weight. When the calories burn due to exercise,the calories storage decrease which prevent you to increase a weight.
